About Personal Chef Collective

Personal Chef Collective (PCC) was created to make high-quality, chef-prepared meals more accessible for families, events, and businesses across the Midwest.

We’re not a factory catering company—we’re a team of chefs who believe food should feel personal. That means:

  • Custom menus designed around your preferences and dietary needs

  • Clear, fair pricing without unnecessary add-ons

  • Chef-led service that’s professional, reliable, and flexible

  • Extra support beyond dinner, including meal prep, fridge stocking, rehearsal dinners, and special events

From small in-home dinners to corporate dining and weddings, PCC focuses on food that brings people together while keeping the process simple and stress-free.

About Chef Allen Plemmons

I’m Allen Plemmons, the chef who started Personal Chef Collective. My background includes years of cooking in different kitchens, traveling for retreats, and learning from mentors who shaped how I cook today.

What pushed me to launch PCC was the need for something in between a private chef and a big catering company—a service where meals feel tailor-made but still organized and dependable.

My style leans on Midwestern roots with global inspiration, but at the end of the day, my job is to cook the food you want to eat and make the process as easy as possible for you.

For me, it’s about more than the food—it’s about creating moments around the table that feel special, whether it’s a Tuesday meal prep delivery or a once-in-a-lifetime wedding dinner.gins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

  • A personal chef builds menus around your exact preferences, dietary needs, and budget. Unlike catering companies that use preset packages, our approach is fully customized—whether it’s an intimate dinner, a wedding, or weekly meal prep.

  • Pricing depends on the type of service (meal prep, private dinners, weddings, corporate events) and the menu. We create transparent quotes with no hidden fees, and you only pay for what you actually want.

  • Yes. One of our specialties is creating safe, delicious meals for clients with dietary needs—gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or allergy-conscious. Every menu is built with your requirements in mind.
